I believe that ultimately, we hold the power of healing within. When we shift our limited belief systems, change our negative thought patterns, and release past trauma, we have the potential to heal and live happy, healthy, and authentic lives. When we accomplish self mastery and self love, we become better at navigating and accepting the projections inflicted upon us from the outer world.

The power of thought is real. Thoughts are energy and energy becomes things. What is projected to the Universe, the Universe will project back. Meditation, visualization, positive affirmations, energy work, sound healing, and connecting with nature have been profound gateways of transformation for me. They have strengthened my intuition, opened me up to limitless possibilities, and deepened my connection to the plant, animal, and spiritual realms of consciousness. My hope and intention is to share with others the wisdom and tools that have served me well along this Earth Walk.

 

Healing Sessions

 

While Sound Healing and Reiki are the foundation of Spirit Winds Energy Healing, Pranic Crystal Healing, Shamanic Energy Medicine & Journeying, and Tuning Forks - Acutonics (level 3 certified) are other modalities I may incorporate in a healing session. As you are all unique and individual, an initial consultation will help us assess what tools and healing modalities will be most beneficial.

 

The Studio is a home-based space that holds a special sacred charm. Adorned with a large image I took in California, I feel the energy from the image resonates throughout the whole space. It reminds me of the womb of Mother Earth. So much beauty and life above, yet safety, protection, growth, and regeneration below. With it’s high vibrational feels, it is surely a nurturing place to let go of the physical realm and just release into the healing energies of the higher dimensions.
